The AI industry is making a lot of claims that cannot be substantiated while expecting consumers and taxpayers to pay for their adventures. Caution is clearly in order.
Definitely agree re:caution-- that's where those guardrails I mentioned at the end should be the focus, rather than using a blunt hammer to try and move away with data centers in these regions altogether
